Drawing Projects UK: an auction

Choose Art/Give Light to Refugees is a benefit art auction – online until midnight on June 29 2020 – that aims to raise funds to help provide critical support for refugees affected by the global pandemic and to support them in gaining access to medical treatment and products to help prevent the further spread of Covid-19 within the refugee camps.

Gary Sangster, co-director of Drawing Projects UK, has been working with a group of international curators led by Nicky Ginsberg of NG Creative Residency and supported by an honorary committee of curators, artists, academics and philanthropists, who have all come together to support this cause by creating an online benefit art auction of 147 artworks.
